                                    True to its values of social responsibility and solidarity, ILTA has consistently stood by communities in times of crisis<\/strong>. The Association has extended timely humanitarian assistance to disaster-affected regions through organized relief efforts and donations.<\/p>

                                    \ud83c\udf2a\ufe0f Relief for Cyclone \u2018Aila\u2019 Victims \u2013 West Bengal (2009)<\/strong><\/h4>

                                    In 2009<\/strong>, the devastating cyclone \u2018Aila\u2019<\/em> severely impacted vast areas of South 24 Parganas<\/strong>, West Bengal, displacing thousands and damaging infrastructure and livelihoods.<\/p>

                                    • ILTA played an active role in relief and rehabilitation<\/strong>, organizing direct distribution of emergency essentials.<\/li>
                                    • Relief materials included food, drinking water, clothing, and medicines<\/strong>, valued at approximately \u20b91.8 lakhs<\/strong>.<\/li>
                                    • ILTA members personally participated in escorting and distributing supplies to the affected communities.<\/li><\/ul>

                                      \ud83c\udf0d Relief for Nepal Earthquake Victims (2015)<\/strong><\/h4>

                                      In 2015<\/strong>, Nepal was struck by a catastrophic earthquake that resulted in massive loss of life and property.<\/p>

                                      • Demonstrating solidarity with the neighbouring country, ILTA donated \u20b91.0 lakh<\/strong> towards relief operations.<\/li>
                                      • The donation was personally handed over<\/strong> to the Consul General of Nepal at Kolkata<\/strong> by ILTA\u2019s President and General Secretary.<\/li><\/ul>
