Technology (AICLST)<\/em><\/strong>, organized by the <strong>Indian Leather Technologists\u2019 Association (ILTA)<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <br \/><br \/>These Terms &amp; Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern participation, registration, and payments made for 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST through the official conference website and its associated payment gateway powered by <strong>Axis Bank<\/strong> and <strong>Bank of Baroda.<\/strong><\/p><p>By registering or making any payment for 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Eligibility<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Participation in 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST is open to all professionals, academicians, researchers, students, and industry representatives related to leather and allied fields.<\/li><li>Registrants must ensure all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.<\/li><li>ILTA reserves the right to cancel or refuse registration if false or misleading information is detected.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Registration &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Registration is considered <strong>complete only after successful payment<\/strong> confirmation via the Axis Bank\/ Bank of Baroda Payment Gateway.<\/li><li>Both <strong>domestic (Indian Rupee)<\/strong> and <strong>international (foreign currency)<\/strong> payments are accepted through secure online modes.<\/li><li>Payment options include credit\/debit cards, net banking, UPI (for Indian users), and international cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).<\/li><li>All registration fees, categories, and deadlines are listed on the official 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST registration page.<\/li><li>Participants are responsible for ensuring correct fee selection and timely payment before the deadline.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Confirmation of Registration<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Upon successful payment, participants will receive an <strong>automated confirmation email and receipt<\/strong> from ILTA\/13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST.<\/li><li>In case of payment failure or delay, please contact <strong>aiclstkol26@iltaonleather.org<\/strong> or <strong>admin@iltaonleather.org<\/strong> with transaction details.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong> Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>No refunds will be issued once the registration and payment have been successfully completed, under any circumstances, including cancellation, withdrawal, or inability to attend the conference for any reason.<\/li><li>In case of a refund request arising from a double payment, please refer to Point No. 10 below.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong> Submissions, Presentations &amp; Abstracts<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Accepted abstracts and papers submitted for 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST become part of the conference proceedings.<\/li><li>ILTA reserves the right to publish, reproduce, or distribute abstracts or presentations submitted for the conference for educational and promotional purposes, with due credit to authors.<\/li><li>Participants are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is original and does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong> Use of the Payment Gateway<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>The Axis Bank\/ Bank of Baroda Payment Gateway used on the 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST website is a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment system.<\/li><li>ILTA does not store or retain any sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials.<\/li><li>Participants are responsible for using the payment gateway on secure networks and verifying the legitimacy of the transaction page before entering details.<\/li><li>ILTA shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized transactions, misuse, or technical failures beyond its control.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong> Data Privacy &amp; Security<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Personal information collected during registration is used solely for conference administration, communication, and record-keeping.<\/li><li>ILTA will not sell or disclose participant data to third parties except for legitimate operational purposes (e.g., banking, technical support, certificate issuance).<\/li><li>For full details, please refer to the <strong>ILTA Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong> Re-scheduling or Cancellation of the Event<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>ILTA reserves the right to <strong>modify the conference schedule, format (e.g., physical\/virtual), speakers, or venue<\/strong> due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.<\/li><li>In such cases, participants will be notified via email and the website.<\/li><li>Should the conference be cancelled in its entirety, any decisions regarding refunds, rescheduling, or compensation will rest solely with the 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST Organizing Committee, and their decision shall be final and binding.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>10. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>If a participant accidentally makes <strong>duplicate payments<\/strong> for the same registration, ILTA may, after verification, process a refund for the <strong>duplicate transaction amount only<\/strong>, subject to deduction of applicable <strong>bank and gateway processing charges<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Any such requests must be made <strong>within 7 days of the transaction date<\/strong> by sending the transaction details and proof of payment to <strong>aiclstkol26@iltaonleather.org<\/strong>\/<strong>admin@iltaonleather.org<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"11\"><li><strong> Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>ILTA and the organizers of the Conference shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses, arising out of participation or non-participation in 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST.<\/li><li>All delegates participate at their own risk and are advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage, especially for international travel.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"12\"><li><strong> Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>All materials shared during 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST, including but not limited to presentations, research papers, abstracts, recordings, photographs, and conference documents, are protected under applicable Intellectual Property and Copyright Laws. Full rights are reserved by ILTA and the respective authors or speakers.<\/li><li>Participants are strictly prohibited from reproducing, recording, distributing, or transmitting any conference materials in any form\u2014digital, print, or otherwise\u2014without the prior written consent of ILTA or the 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST Organizing Committee.<\/li><li>Authors of papers submitted to and accepted for presentation at 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST shall not publish, upload, or disseminate their papers in any form\u2014online or offline, before or after the conference\u2014as the publishing rights are exclusively reserved by ILTA. These papers will be officially published by ILTA after the conference through its authorized proceedings or journal.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Any violation of the above intellectual property conditions may result in the withdrawal of conference participation, cancellation of presentation rights, and potential legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"13\"><li><strong> Governing Law &amp;
