General Policy<\/strong><\/h3><p>The <strong>Asian International Conference of Leather, Science &amp; Technology (13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST)<\/strong> is organized by the <strong>Indian Leather Technologists\u2019 Association (ILTA)<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0 <br \/><br \/>By registering and submitting payment for participation, delegates acknowledge and accept the following Refund and Cancellation Policy in full.<\/p><h3><strong>2. No Refund and No Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Once registration and payment are successfully completed through the<strong> Payment Gateway <\/strong><strong>no request for cancellation, refund, or transfer will be entertained<\/strong> under any circumstances.<\/li><li>This policy applies <strong>equally to all categories of participants<\/strong> \u2014 including domestic (Indian) and international delegates, students, presenters, exhibitors, and sponsors.<\/li><li>Fees once paid are <strong>non-refundable and non-transferable<\/strong>, irrespective of:<ul><li>Participant\u2019s inability to attend the conference (for any personal, professional, or health-related reason),<\/li><li>Visa denial, travel restrictions, or delays,<\/li><li>Technical issues during online registration,<\/li><li>Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts,<\/li><li>Failure to submit abstracts or papers after payment, or<\/li><li>Changes in the conference format (physical\/virtual\/hybrid).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>3. Substitution Policy (Optional Attendance Transfer)<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>In <strong>exceptional circumstances<\/strong>, if a registered delegate is unable to attend, ILTA <strong>may, at its sole discretion<\/strong>, allow substitution of the participant with another eligible person <strong>from the same organization or institution<\/strong>, provided that:<ul><li>A written request is sent to <strong>13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST@iltaonleather.org<\/strong> before the registration deadline.<\/li><li>The substitute meets all participation criteria.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>ILTA reserves the right to approve or deny such requests. No substitution will be permitted after the registration closure date.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>If a participant accidentally makes <strong>duplicate payments<\/strong> for the same registration, ILTA may, after verification, process a refund for the <strong>duplicate transaction amount only<\/strong>, subject to deduction of applicable <strong>bank and gateway processing charges<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Any such requests must be made <strong>within 7 days of the transaction date<\/strong> by sending the transaction details and proof of payment to <strong>13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST@iltaonleather.org<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>5. Payment Gateway and Transaction Security<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>All payments are processed through the <strong>Axis Bank\/Bank of Baroda Payment Gateway<\/strong>, which adheres to the <strong>PCI-DSS<\/strong> security standards.<\/li><li>ILTA does <strong>not store or retain any card details or banking information<\/strong> of participants.<\/li><li>Participants are responsible for ensuring that they use the official payment link hosted on the 13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST website. ILTA shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized links or accounts.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>6. International Transactions<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>For international delegates, payments made in <strong>foreign currencies<\/strong> are subject to applicable conversion rates, banking fees, and international transaction charges.<\/li><li>All such charges are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li><li>In the case of transaction failure, delegates are advised to contact their local bank or card issuer for assistance before reattempting payment.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>7. Acknowledgement and Acceptance<\/strong><\/h3><p>By completing the registration and payment process, each participant <strong>expressly acknowledges and agrees<\/strong> that:<\/p><ul><li>They have read, understood, and accepted the <strong>13<sup>th<\/sup> AICLST Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/strong> in full.<\/li><li>They <strong>waive any right<\/strong> to dispute charges, request chargebacks, or demand refunds for any reason whatsoever.<\/li><li>Their participation and payment are made voluntarily and with full awareness of this policy.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>8.
