Indian Leather Technologists’ Association (ILTA) was established on 14th August, 1950, under presidentship of Prof. B. M. Das, doyen of Indian Leather Science & Technology who also was the Founding Director of CSIR-CLRI, Chennai. Our association is a voluntary organization associated with the Indian Leather Industry since its inception PAN India and also a member society of International Union of Leather Technologists & Chemists Societies (IULTCS) representing India.
