SEMINAR AT IILF CHENNAI
On the occasion of the India International Leather Fair (IILF), we have been organizing a dedicated seminar on the second day of the fair each year since 2014. This initiative was undertaken with the aim of creating a meaningful platform for knowledge exchange, innovation sharing, and collaborative dialogue within the leather and allied industries.
Over the years, these seminars have grown significantly in stature and impact, attracting participation from a wide spectrum of scientists, technologists, industry leaders, and academicians—both from India and abroad. Renowned experts with national and international credentials have consistently contributed to these events, offering insights into the latest trends, technologies, research advancements, and sustainability practices in leather manufacturing, chemical processing, product design, and supply chain management.
In addition to technical presentations, the seminars have hosted thought-provoking panel discussions and interactive Q&A sessions, where a learned and intellectually engaged audience has benefitted from direct engagement with the speakers. These events have not only fostered academic enrichment but also encouraged industry-academia collaboration, policy discourse, and innovation-driven thinking in the sector.
